Just Building Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Siding Installer / Helper to assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of exterior siding on residential and commercial properties. This position involves working outdoors, handling construction materials, and supporting the lead installer to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Assist with installation of various siding materials Measure, cut, and prepare siding materials according to project specifications Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment Remove old siding and prepare surfaces for installation Follow instructions from the lead installer or project supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations Requirements
Previous construction or siding experience required Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn Ability to work well as part of a team Preferred Qualifications
Experience with siding installation or exterior construction Familiarity with measuring, cutting, and installing building materials OSHA safety training or similar certifications Work Environment
Outdoor construction sites Work at heights using ladders and scaffolding Exposure to weather conditions including heat, cold, and wind Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunities for training and advancement 401K Paid Time Off Schedule
Full-time Monday–Friday | 8AM - 4PM (occasional weekends depending on project schedule)
