Territory Sales Representative – Boston Area

We’re looking for a

Territory Sales Representative

to own and expand the

Boston market , working directly with contractors and dealer partners to drive demand for industry‑leading hardscape products. If you love being on the road, building relationships face‑to‑face, and seeing the direct impact of your effort, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll manage your territory like a business—powered by structure, supported by data, and fueled by relationships.

Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners

Execute a structured weekly territory plan using Techo‑Bloc’s Sales Science approach

Maintain strong activity and follow‑through

Educate contractors on products, installation best practices, and system solutions

Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success

Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brand‑standard

Train dealer staff on products, tools, and selling techniques

Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights

Participate in trade shows, events, lunch & learns, and training sessions

Qualifications What Makes You a Strong Fit

Experience in

hardscape, building materials, construction, or dealer‑based sales

Strong relationship‑building and communication skills

Comfortable using data, CRM tools, and structured sales processes

Organized, self‑motivated, and competitive—in a good way

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Boston territory
