We Are Seeking
an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale, public-facing applications. This role is responsible for developing customized Salesforce functionality, supporting system integrations, optimizing platform performance, and ensuring secure and scalable application delivery. The position works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while also providing mentorship and technical guidance to internal staff. The ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver with strong Salesforce expertise and experience working within Agile development environments.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions. Configure and customize Salesforce platform components including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related products. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies. Implement and manage Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, and access controls. Monitor application performance and recommend system enhancements and optimizations. Perform ongoing system maintenance including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to development team members. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and system issues. Establish and maintain data standards and support business process improvement initiatives. Ensure applications meet established security and compliance requirements. Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes. Support Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning and delivery activities.
Required Skills: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong proficiency with the Salesforce platform and customization capabilities. Experience configuring and developing Salesforce applications and components. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and web services. Experience implementing Salesforce security and access control frameworks. Understanding of Salesforce administration concepts and platform management. Experience working within Agile development methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II preferred. Experience with development and collaboration tools such as GitHub or similar code repositories. Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Power BI, Jira, OmniStudio/Vlocity, or MuleSoft preferred. Ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
