Role Overview

An established financial services organization is seeking an experienced

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing Consultant

to strengthen and promote its reputation as an employer of choice. This role focuses on shaping how the organization presents itself to current and future employees by creating compelling brand stories, developing targeted marketing initiatives, and delivering engaging candidate experiences. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build and implement employer branding campaigns that attract diverse talent and support hiring goals. Working with teams across the organization—including recruitment, communications, diversity and inclusion, and marketing—you will design initiatives that increase brand visibility, strengthen candidate engagement, and enhance the overall recruitment experience. About the Team

You will join a team responsible for

talent branding, onboarding experience, and recruitment operations

within the broader people and talent organization. The group works closely with recruiters, business leaders, and communications professionals to create a consistent and engaging candidate journey—from initial awareness through onboarding. The environment is highly collaborative and focused on delivering meaningful experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Employer Brand Strategy Develop and implement initiatives that bring the company’s employer value proposition to life across digital platforms, events, and internal channels Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across recruitment materials, campaigns, and talent platforms Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to maintain alignment between employer branding and the broader corporate brand Content Development & Storytelling Produce and curate content that highlights the organization’s culture, leadership, employee experiences, and career opportunities Maintain a library of multimedia assets—including photography, video, and written content—to support branding and recruitment initiatives Coordinate projects such as employee photo sessions and other visual storytelling initiatives Oversee content strategy and performance for the company’s careers website, including messaging, SEO optimization, and landing pages Develop targeted content for key business areas to engage prospective candidates and showcase career opportunities Manage digital advertising and programmatic recruitment marketing campaigns to support priority hiring needs Recruitment Marketing Campaigns Design and execute marketing campaigns—both paid and organic—to build talent pipelines for high-demand roles Develop audience-specific messaging strategies and retargeting campaigns to nurture prospective candidates Work with recruiting teams to align campaigns with hiring priorities and workforce planning Candidate Relationship Management Manage candidate engagement platforms and tools to build and maintain relationships with prospective talent Use analytics and reporting dashboards to measure engagement and optimize outreach strategies Deliver training and best practices to recruiting teams on effective use of candidate engagement platforms Oversee relationships with external partners that support recruitment marketing and employer branding technology Monitor vendor performance, manage service agreements, and ensure marketing platforms support recruitment goals Coordinate quarterly business reviews and performance reporting with partners Event & Conference Marketing Lead employer branding efforts for recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences Develop messaging, presentation materials, and branded assets that support recruitment activities Collaborate with creative teams to design event materials such as signage, presentations, and promotional items Support recruiters with follow-up communications and candidate engagement after events Employer Recognition Programs Develop and manage strategies for employer awards and “best workplace” recognitions Work with internal teams to prepare submissions highlighting workplace culture, employee experience, and organizational achievements Performance Measurement Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as engagement rates, application conversions, and pipeline growth Analyze recruitment marketing data to improve campaign performance and inform strategic decisions Evaluate the return on investment for marketing initiatives and recruitment events Branding & Employee Experience Oversee branded merchandise and welcome materials used for onboarding, recruiting events, and internal programs Ensure brand consistency across all materials used in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field At least

7 years of experience

in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related marketing or communications discipline Experience managing content management systems and candidate engagement platforms Familiarity with marketing design tools and digital content creation platforms Experience organizing or supporting recruitment campaigns, marketing initiatives, or employer brand events Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of employer branding strategy and talent marketing trends Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and influence stakeholders Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities across multiple content formats Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously Passion for inclusive storytelling and creating authentic representations of workplace culture Professional Development & Culture
