We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team across our two Los Angeles locations. This role reports to clinic leadership and plays a key part in building Beverly Hills Fertility's brand presence, attracting new patients, and supporting community outreach efforts. The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of marketing experience, a strong eye for content and design, and a genuine passion for healthcare and women's wellness. This is a hands-on, in-person role that blends digital strategy with relationship-driven marketing — including direct outreach to referring physicians and medical offices across the LA area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive patient acquisition and brand awareness Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) through consistent, on-brand content creation and community engagement Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians by conducting in-person visits to medical offices, OB-GYN practices, and other healthcare providers across the LA area Serve as a brand ambassador in the field — representing Beverly Hills Fertility professionally during office visits, events, and community engagements Coordinate with clinic leadership to support events, open houses, and physician outreach initiatives across both LA locations Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social analytics Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters for patient and referral audiences Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and designers to produce marketing materials Support launch events, sponsorships, and community partnerships as they arise Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and print materials QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related industry Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship-building in a professional medical environment Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in-person across two Los Angeles locations as needed Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
Prior experience in physician liaison, medical sales, or healthcare outreach roles Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or other paid media platforms Experience supporting event planning or physician/partner outreach programs Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices BENEFITS
