We're seeking a high-energy, sharp-minded early-career professional with 2+ years in aggressive sales and cold calling to drive growth in our chemical trading operations. Key Responsibilities Hunt for leads through cold calls, emails, and networking to build a strong pipeline. Identify new business opportunities in chemical distribution and close deals. Build and nurture relationships with clients in manufacturing, agriculture, and related sectors. Conduct quick market research and spot trends to tailor solutions that solve client pain points. Deliver top-notch service with clear, proactive communication. Collaborate with our small, dynamic team to execute strategies boldly and efficiently. Qualifications 2+ years in hardcore B2B sales, with proven cold calling success—must thrive in high-pressure, results-driven environments. Super smart, extremely motivated, and eager to innovate like our "Bold in Action" value. Strong analytical skills for market research and opportunity spotting. Excellent communication and customer service—build trust fast, per our "Noble in Spirit." Ability to work independently while being a team player. Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred). Chemical industry knowledge or B2B sales in similar fields is a big advantage.
