We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated
Inside Sales / Office Coordinator
to support daily office operations in our Jackson, MS location. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities. This role requires someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and maintains a professional office environment. Responsibilities
Assist customers by phone and in person with product questions, orders, and general inquiries
Process customer orders and enter them into the company system
Coordinate order fulfillment and communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries
Verify product availability and assist with inventory checks
Contact customers when orders are ready and help arrange delivery or pickup
Prepare loading tickets and documentation for order processing
Receive payments when necessary and provide proper receipts
Assist with compiling reports, taking messages, and maintaining records
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment on a daily and weekly basis
Qualifications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and dependable
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using computers, phones, and general office equipment
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration preferred
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and regularly uses office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing systems.
