I. Job Summary The ISS Supervisor will work with a team of Inside Sales Support Representatives to serve as the end-to-end point of contact for our customers via sales support for Outside Segment Sales Support representatives. The Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and coaching of the ISS team to support the

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction with all transactions processed. Communicates to and work with the Market Area Management to help resolve unique customer or internal sales issues. Ensures team members meet or exceed daily activity goals for processing new sales, lead generation and contact productivity. Executes ongoing training that provides both formal training and informal coaching sessions to ISS Representatives. Encourages feedback and is available to answer questions, provide direction and/or offer assistance when needed. Maintains a high-quality work environment and motivate ISS reps to perform at their highest level Effectively utilize time management skills to manage multiple priorities and assist in issue and task resolution Team player who takes initiative to build an internal/external excellence in the service environment Manage information flow to employees through effective meetings, memos and other communications channels Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize departmental functions in order to meet due dates and deadlines Create and deliver Performance Coaching and Improvement Plans for ISS reps Able to create and facilitate meetings on a weekly and monthly basis, as needed. Deliver agents scorecards based on performance, attendance, and team participation in an effective and timely fashion Sets up and maintains accurate customer records for all customer interactions. This includes prospect data, contracts, orders, service changes and Service Machine documentation. Support use of all required WM applications, including Salesforce.com, MAS and MS Office. III. Supervisory Responsibilities The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of non-supervisory employees. This includes:

Direct supervision of up to 14 full-time employees IV. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience Experience: Five (5) years of related work experience (in addition to education requirement) B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Must have quick problem-solving ability Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and possess basic computational ability Must possess computer skills, Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors Working knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing equal employment opportunity and civil rights, occupational safety and health, wage and hour issues, and labor relations, including but not limited to the following statutes and their comparable state and local laws; Title VII, ADEA, Equal Pay Act, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, FLSA, ADA, OSHA, FMLA and NLRA C.
