Overview
If you’re looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced marketing department, this may be the career for you! We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated graphic designer to join the marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for bringing our brand to life by engaging with audiences through the design of sophisticated advertising, print collateral, and digital design. We're seeking someone with a keen eye for creative design who can communicate our brand vision and educate our potential customers and employees through compelling graphics. You must demonstrate outstanding design abilities and verbal and written communication skills.
What You’ll Do
Design and execute creative corporate, recruiting, and sales materials, including brochures, direct mail, presentations, social media, HTML emails, infographics, promotional materials, presentations, and ads
Help further develop brand development, style guide development, communications, and other graphic design projects
Demonstrate an understanding of graphic design, color, composition, typography, and layout and apply it across a variety of digital and print materials
Design all related tradeshow and recruiting assets, such as printed handouts, booth materials, emails, ads, and presentations
Transform generic, text-heavy copy into graphically engaging and concise visuals by using infographics, charts, and diagrams
Collaborate with other departments and provide online proofs, meet deadlines, and inspect jobs for accuracy
Print, die cut, and ship non-digital materials
Commitment to and consistent ability to meet project deadlines while managing multiple priorities
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following
Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design or related field with 3-5 years working as a graphic designer
Possess working knowledge of design, trends, brand development, and creative process
Expertise in preparing design files for print production and development
Strong collaborator; ability to work well within a team and across departments
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly energetic atmosphere
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion with a knack for connecting business strategy with content development
A strategic thinker who pays attention to details, can proof their work, has strong written and communication skills, and has a keen eye for fixing errors like spelling, grammar, and formatting
Highly skilled and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
