Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Lead (SLPT) at the Eastchase location in Montgomery, AL. The Sales Lead will oversee daily sales initiatives, provide exceptional customer service, and inspire team members to meet and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include assisting the team with training and development, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of current product offerings and providing input to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with both team members and clients
Proven Sales skills, including the ability to meet targets and drive store performance
Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure their development and success
Sales Management expertise and ability to oversee daily operations and implement sales strategies
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Prior retail experience, especially in the fashion or apparel industry, is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
