Overview
Vet and Tech is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Business Development & Outreach Specialist who thrives on building relationships, networking with veterinary professionals, and driving business growth across the U.S.
This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, representing a brand face-to-face, and converting conversations into long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do (Sales & Growth Focus):
Represent Vet and Tech at national conferences, expos, trade shows & networking events
Actively generate leads, pitch solutions, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and industry partners
Network with decision-makers and key stakeholders in the veterinary industry
Promote and sell Vet and Tech’s products, services, and digital solutions
Support sales campaigns, outreach strategies, and market expansion efforts
Collect market insights and feedback to support business growth
What You Bring:
Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Outreach, or Field Sales
Strong sales mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Confident public speaker who can pitch and present professionally
Excellent communication, follow-up, and networking abilities
Veterinary, healthcare, or medical sales background (preferred but not required)
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for events and conferences
Self-starter attitude with a passion for growth and results
