ServiceNow Sales Specialist – Remote (with client travel). Base up to €120k | OTE around €200k. Must be based in the Netherlands and speak Dutch & English at C1 level or above. Salary: EUR90,000 - EUR120,000 per annum + €200k OTE. Identify opportunities, open doors, and drive both tactical wins and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver real solutions to business problems. Engage stakeholders at all levels with a proactive, persuasive, hunter mindset. Build relationships, shape strategy, and close meaningful deals within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Responsibilities
Drive momentum in the territory through proactive prospecting and relationship development. Position ServiceNow value propositions to enterprise clients and navigate complex buying committees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes for clients. Qualifications
Must already be based in the Netherlands. Speak Dutch and English at C1 level or above. Willing to travel to clients when required. Proven enterprise sales experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem; understanding of the platform and its value proposition. Proactive, persuasive, independent worker who can also operate well in a team. Compensation
Compensation package: 60/40 split with a base up to €120k and an OTE around €200k. How to apply
