Manage the sales process for assigned accounts, from prospecting to closing deals Develop new business through outbound outreach and partner collaboration Support senior sales leaders in managing large enterprise accounts Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of sales experience in software, IT services, or a related industry Proven success in managing a sales pipeline and closing deals in the $50K–$250K range Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders Proficient in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce Preferred Qualifications
Previous inside sales or SDR/BDR experience Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling methodologies Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of exceeding targets Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Adaptable and eager to develop into a senior sales role
