Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Sales Team Manager to our growing Energy division in the Southeast. You will play a key role in driving market growth, achieving operational excellence, building, developing and retaining a high-performing team while expanding the regional market for McKinstry. Most importantly, we need you to have a growth-mindset that brings people together, inspires teams, and delivers excellence to our clients. You should demonstrate that you've helped grow a successful business, preferably within the built environment, and have experience managing, teaching and training a team that build relationships with clients in the municipal, higher education, K-12 education, and healthcare markets. You should be well-versed in the process of consultative sales, coaching best practices, with a preference for outcome-based sales experience. Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience are required. Technical knowledge of any of our offerings is highly preferred. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent business or sales experience required. Experience in public works contracting methods required. 3-5 years of experience managing sales teams required. 3-5 years of experience in a consultative selling role required.
