Sr. Analyst Of Commercial Strategy

Location - Purchase, New York or Chicago, Illinois The PBUS sector Commercial Planning & Marketing team is seeking a Sr. Analyst of Commercial Strategy supporting our OmniEcosystem Channel. This role plays a critical part in supporting the development and execution of commercial strategies by providing data-driven insights, managing reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in syndicated data tools such as Circana. Responsibilities

Support the development of holistic commercial strategy Support the execution of the OmniEcosystem Commercial Strategy by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform decision-making. Prepare and maintain content for key leadership meetings and commercial updates, including AOP, OpComm, Board of Directors, and customer presentations. Leverage syndicated data tools (e.g., Circana) to support business performance analysis, identify growth opportunities, and build compelling sales stories. Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Category Insights, Finance, Shopper Marketing) to support the development of pricing, pack, and promotional strategies. Assist in tracking and reporting on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) priorities and key initiatives, ensuring alignment across customer and commercial teams. Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $88,200 - $147,650. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required. 35 years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, category management, business analytics, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. Proficiency in syndicated data tools (e.g., Circana,) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across teams. Experience supporting customer teams or commercial planning functions. Demonstrated ability to build reports and dashboards that drive business decisions. Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing insights from complex information. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
