SMX is on the lookout for a skilled

All-Source Intelligence Analyst

to conduct research, develop, and present intelligence products that will inform senior leaders, commanders, and staff at the operational level. This role involves performing comprehensive all-source intelligence analysis, as well as collaborating closely with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to enhance operational teamwork. Important: This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance, which necessitates U.S. citizenship for eligibility in DoD contracts. Application Deadline: March 30, 2026. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: At least four (4) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst in the DoD or similar government agencies, including four (4) years at the operational level.

Analytical background in counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations.

Expert knowledge of current all-source analytical techniques, methodologies, processes, and trends.

Proficiency in using a current suite of all-source intelligence tools.

Experience in preparing and delivering high-level intelligence briefings.

Willingness to deploy as needed.

Flexibility for shift work in a 24-hour operational environment may be necessary.

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from

$68,000 to $105,000 USD , and we offer a robust benefits package that includes health insurance, paid leave, and retirement plans.
