What You’ll Do As a teller at Citizens Community Bank, you’ll be the welcoming face our customers see every day. You’ll play a key role in creating positive, efficient, and secure banking experiences. Your responsibilities will include: · Handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and professionalism. · Delivering exceptional service to customers and resolving basic inquiries. · Balancing cash drawers daily and maintaining proper cash levels. · Recognizing opportunities to refer customers to other banking services. · Protecting customer information and complying with all bank policies. · Working closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. · Supporting branch promotions and community events as needed. · Have at least 2 years of experience in the banking industry. · Have a high school diploma or equivalent. · Are friendly, professional, and enjoy helping people. · Communicate clearly and work well within a team. · Are dependable, punctual, and eager to make a difference in the community. · Have a strong attention to detail and can handle cash confidently.
