Position Overview

The People Partner (Employee Relations Specialist) plays a critical role in supporting employee relations, HR operations, and policy execution across the organization. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, providing day-to-day HR support while partnering closely with senior People & Culture leadership to ensure employee issues are addressed consistently, thoughtfully, and in alignment with company values and legal requirements.\nThis position supports North America and APAC People & Culture needs, with a primary focus on employee relations, exit processes, and policy support, and collaborates closely with People & Culture leadership in those regions.\nJob Responsibilities

Employee Relations Support\nSupport employee relations matters including investigations, documentation, coaching conversations, and follow-ups\nPartner with People & Culture leadership on performance improvement processes (PIPs), including documentation, meeting coordination, and ongoing tracking\nParticipate in employee meetings related to employee relations matters as needed\nEnsure employee relations issues are handled consistently, timely, and with appropriate documentation\nPartner with external employment counsel as needed by supporting information gathering, documentation, and follow-up in coordination with People & Culture leadership\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation related to employee relations matters, ensuring appropriate follow-up and recordkeeping\nExit & Offboarding\nConduct employee exit interviews and synthesize insights and trends\nPartner with People & Culture leadership to identify themes, risks, and opportunities based on exit data\nSupport offboarding processes to ensure a smooth, respectful, and compliant employee experience\nPolicy & Handbook Support\nAssist with drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies and employee handbook content\nSupport the rollout and communication of policy updates\nPartner with People & Culture leadership to ensure policies align with evolving legal and business needs\nHR Generalist & Operational Support\nProvide general HR guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and HR programs\nServe as a first point of contact for managers seeking guidance on employee issues, policies, and HR processes\nSupport the development and rollout of manager training related to performance improvement processes (PIPs) and employee relations, in partnership with People & Culture leadership\nCollect and analyze employee data and trends (e.g., attrition, exit themes, engagement insights) to help proactively identify risks and inform People & Culture decisions\nCoordinate and monitor completion of required compliance trainings (e.g., harassment prevention), ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up\nSupport compliance-related postings and notices (e.g., required labor law posters), ensuring materials are accurate, current, and appropriately distributed across regions\nSupport ad hoc HR initiatives and projects as needed, including compliance-related work and documentation clean-up\nCollaborate with People & Culture team members across regions to support consistent HR practices\nPartnership & Collaboration\nEscalate complex or high-risk matters appropriately while maintaining ownership of day-to-day execution\nModel discretion, professionalism, and positive intent in all interactions\nProvide direct execution support to People & Culture leadership to help manage workload across employee relations, policy, and compliance priorities\nCandidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required\n3–6 years of progressive HR Generalist or Employee Relations experience\nHands-on experience supporting employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and sensitive employee conversations\nExperience supporting performance improvement processes (PIPs), including documentation and follow-up\nStrong written communication and documentation skills\nWorking knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices, including multi-state requirements; experience supporting Canada and APAC employment practices a plus\nAbility to exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information\nComfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus\nCompensation, Benefits and Work Authorization
