Credit Relationship Manager
Primarily manages and develops credit relationships with individuals and small businesses seeking a variety of secured and unsecured loans, including commercial and real estate. Portfolio consists of smaller commercial loan accounts, mostly under $250,000. Makes decisions within prescribed guidelines. May assist higher level commercial lender with more complex loan relationships and opportunities to gain knowledge and experience. Will work in conjunction with the bank's retail branches and business partners to receive lending referrals. Refers loans over the threshold to other commercial lenders. Responsible for the overall profitability and quality of their loan portfolio with acceptable risk. Familiarity with the SBA lending program. Ensures adherence to established bank loan procedures, practices and reporting requirements. Responsible for sales development and referral activities including sales training and activities. Creates a teamwork environment to ensure that quality service is provided, and sales/business development goals are met. Conducts relationships and activities consistent with established bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
