About the Job:

Create engaging content across social media channels.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

Daily moderation of all social networks especially TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat

Able to create and design graphics for Instagram in feed posts and stories

Stay updated on latest brand-relevant social trends to ideate and create

Contribute to creative brainstorms to develop new content concepts

Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure a consistent and timely online presence

Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across platforms

Work closely with our paid ads teams to provide necessary content to market across channels

Attend shoots, events and activations for coverage

What it takes to Join:

Proficiency in Canva and/or other graphic design platforms

Strong cross-functional communication to collaborate with teams throughout the organization

Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and works well in fast-paced environments

Possess eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual storytelling

Passion for social media marketing, fashion & pop-culture trends

Strong written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail and organization

Availability to work evenings and weekends

Salary Range : $53,560 - $70,304

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.

Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.

Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
