Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience and prospecting experience preferred A "hunter" mentality with eagerness to grow a successful career Customer service experience preferred Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills Comfortable learning new systems and technology Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team-focused environment Qualifications
Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses upon hire (if not already licensed) Bilingual in Spanish is a strong bonus! What We Offer
