Location: Candidates located in Oklahoma City are welcome to work in the office. Candidates located elsewhere in Oklahoma or anywhere in Texas may work remotely, with occasional travel to the Oklahoma City office required.

Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Marketing Manager who specializes in supporting middle-market and large commercial contractors. This role is ideal for a tech-forward individual who understands the risks associated with high-hazard contractors and has excellent time management and critical thinking skills. This role is not strictly a marketing role. It is a dynamic role where the individual will be expected to support clients and other team members to complete projects/renewals with a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Experience in insuring oil and gas service contractors & operators
Obtain quotes through brokers, carriers, and online quoting platforms
Review quotes to confirm that appropriate coverages are provided
Review renewal information, enter information into Epic, market the account, generate proposals, and present to clients
Document client and carrier communication in Applied Epic
Set up Indio to obtain renewal information
Communicate professionally with clients and carriers via phone and email
Complete Acord applications
Identify class codes
Support the team with client service and claims
Requirements
Experience in insuring oil and gas service contractors & operators
10+ years of middle-market/large group commercial insurance experience (accounts >$250K in annual premium)
Currently serving as a Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in the role
Experience in insuring contractors
Proficient with Applied Epic, Microsoft Teams, & Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and task-driven with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with direct communication
Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience working remotely (if applying for a remote position)
Available during core business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST), with flexibility to deliver work outside of those hours as needed to meet deadlines
Proficient in managing large schedules of vehicles & equipment
Embraces technology and utilizes AI platforms
Located in Oklahoma or Texas
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in utilizing Indio and CSR-24
CLCS, CRIS, ERIS, and/or CIC designations
Experience working with Travelers, BICTO, NAICO, Mid-Continent, Chubb, and captive insurance programs
Contract Surety Experience
