We are looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our HR Team in our Taylor, MI office. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field with at least five years of comparable experience. We are seeking detail-oriented candidates with excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing priorities. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 90 days of employment. Typical responsibilities include: Maintain the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs Maintain accurate and confidential employee records including health benefit enrollment details and changes in the benefit enrollment system Follow up with employees to obtain and review required documentation for health benefit changes Identify and resolve issues/discrepancies with our benefit enrollment system vendor Provide education to employees and assist with their health benefit enrollment and life event questions Ensure that health benefit contributions are accurately reflected in payroll Assist with wellness/well-being initiatives Prepare various health benefit invoices and reports Assist with annual open enrollment communication and tasks Assist with research and analyzing trends to maintain an attractive benefit package to recruit and retain employees Assist the Corporate PS Group with specified projects and programs Maintain a safe working environment Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Skills/Experience: Five years of experience in a comparable role Strong detail-orientation Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, maintain accuracy, and adapt to changing priorities Proactive approach with strong multitasking and time-management skills High technical proficiency with the ability to work across multiple systems and platforms Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve issues About Wade Trim: Wade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
