As Product Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will translate business strategies into integrated marketing and communication plans with clear KPIs. In this role, you will drive lead generation through targeted campaigns, localized content, and owned channels, while ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation Drive lead generation through content, email nurture campaigns, and marketing automation Create sales and marketing materials in collaboration with sales and product teams Support PR, earned media, and thought‑leadership initiatives Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Product Management, Lighting design or a related field 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or campaign management Engineering mindset with ability to grasp technical and engineering related topics Experience working across multiple markets and channels Strong collaboration and organizational skills What You’ll Get in Return
