Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Residential Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving business growth through strategic client engagement and consistent brand representation within the residential real estate sector. Responsibilities
Generate and maintain productive professional relationships with new and existing clients. Attend networking events and industry functions outside of normal working hours to expand market presence. Prioritize daily tasks and manage administrative duties in a high pace environment. Conduct out of office visits to client locations to facilitate business development. Deliver professional written and verbal communication across all marketing channels. Maintain a high level of detail oriented oversight on all residential sales projects and client accounts. Qualifications
Active Title Producers License is required. Must have reliable transportation for frequent travel to visit clients and attend local events. Proven ability to work effectively in a high pace environment while meeting deadlines. Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a detail oriented approach to problem solving. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a flexible schedule. Company Description
