TheGraphic Designerreportsto theSenior Graphic Designerand works on theBrandingteam in acollaborative,passionateenvironment.This is a full-time positionbased inTallahassee, FL.
Qualifications Requirements
BA/BSinGraphicDesign,Packaging Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Provenwork experience as a graphic designershowcasedin asubmittedportfolio.The portfolio should show a full range of design capabilities from the smallest, detailed pieces to fully executed campaigns.
Proficiencywith AdobeIllustrator, InDesign, andPhotoshopis an absolute must.
Strongknowledge of design elements and principleswith a keeneye forcomposition,color, graphics, and visual design.
Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks at one time through excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Energetic anddedicated toseetasksthrough toexecution. Demonstrates a deep understanding that each design strengthens and enhances our brand further.
Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative andteam-focusedwork environment.
Relentless onmaintainingexceptionally high creative standards.
Awareness of industry trends with the ability toturnthem into brand-consistent creativeconceptsand designs.
Abilityto communicate why creative decisions were madealong with being flexible when design pivots need to be made.
Inspire new ways of thinking, using fresh and unique approaches to design problems.
Experience in the coffee or food and beverage industry is amajor plus.
Responsibilities
Lead design projects frominitialconcept through final execution, delivering visual, web, print, and branded assets for our corporate cafés and digital platforms.
Develop color palettes, patterns, and illustrative concepts for physical products in partnership with the Product Development and Branding teams.
Support the creation of original retail merchandise to be sold across our cafés and e-commerce channels.
Produce digital assets that drive engagement and performance across social media, email newsletters, paid advertising, and other marketing formats.
Collaborate with internal teams on copywriting needs, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all creative materials.
Elevate the creative direction of the brand through photography, seasonal campaigns, product design, and marketing initiatives.
Developnew marketingcollateraland refine existing materials for assigned departments while partnering closely with cross-functional teams tomaintainbrand consistency.
Oversee the development of corporate marketing and sales support materials for the Lucky Goat Coffee brand.
Assistinestablishingbest practices, tools, and processes to enhance creative team efficiency.
Research industry trends and design innovations, incorporating relevant insights into the Lucky Goat brand.
