Campaign Set-Up & Execution
Build campaigns in-platform across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) – required TikTok – required LinkedIn - required Working knowledge of YouTube, and Reddit Experience with buying platforms such as Smartly is a plus Implement site tagging with Ad Ops/Analytics teams Traffic, upload, and thoroughly QA ads, targeting, tracking, UTMs, budgets, and landing pages Ensure campaigns align with approved objectives and platform best practices Precision in campaign building and QA is essential. Campaign Stewardship & Pacing
Manage day-to-day performance across multiple teams Monitor delivery to ensure accurate pacing and prevent under- or over-spend Proactively optimize and troubleshoot campaigns Conduct account diagnostics and identify efficiency opportunities Strong ownership of pacing and performance management is critical. Billing & Budget Management
Prisma billing experience required Track budgets, manage reconciliations, calculate 3rd party data fees, and monitor invoice alignment Flag discrepancies and manage small to large-scale budgets Run scheduled and ad hoc reports; analyze and deliver actionable insights Support multiple teams and communicate priorities clearly Present performance updates internally and serve as a key contact for optimizations Campaign Planning
Stay current on platform updates (Meta and TikTok priority) Develop testing plans and translate audience strategy into platform execution Forecast budgets to meet campaign KPIs Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on paid social experience Deep expertise in
Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn (required) Experience with YouTube, Reddit (nice to have) Prisma billing experience (required) Smartly experience (preferred) Agency experience preferred Proven ability to build, QA, and pace campaigns with precision Strong financial management skills and attention to detail Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with tagging, troubleshooting, and analytics tools is a plus
