Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $55,000-60,000/yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity. Responsibilities What You\'ll Do:

The Producer/Operations will lead the strategic execution and growth of nationally distributed sports programs and assist with overall operations. This role oversees daily content production while driving brand development, audience expansion, and multi-platform performance within our Audacy Sports division.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and manage a cross-functional team of producers, video editors, and digital staff to deliver high-quality live and on-demand programming

Partner with on-air talent to develop compelling, ratings-driven daily rundowns and long-term content strategy

Oversee talent scheduling and performance expectations to ensure alignment with network objectives

Maintain editorial and production quality control across broadcast, streaming, podcast, and digital platforms

Develop and execute a cohesive brand and digital growth strategy across audio, video, and social channels

Identify, produce, and distribute high-impact content moments in real time to maximize audience engagement

Secure high-profile guests and cultivate industry relationships that enhance the show’s national presence

Work closely with sales partners

Work closely with other brands within Audacy

Qualifications Required & Preferred:

Minimum 5 years of audio and/or video production experience

Deep understanding of the sports media landscape (radio, digital, streaming, video)

Experience managing talent and balancing creative personalities

Proven ability to build and execute compelling daily rundowns

Demonstrated success growing a show or brand across digital platforms

Strong social and digital content instincts

High-level organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure live environment

Exceptional audio or video editing capabilities

Strong existing guest network and booking relationships

Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and promotional partners

Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel for major sporting events

High level of knowledge of Social Media Skills that will lead to increased metrics on all platforms

High level of knowledge of technical skills, including: VMix, Comrex, Video platforms, etc
