Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted strategic adviser to Sales on enterprise deal-related matters, including high-value and non-standard transactions

Provide proactive support for creative deal structuring and act as the escalation point for complex deals

Review Order Forms for accuracy, pricing, and compliance while identifying patterns in exceptions

Manage the queue and approval process for sales orders, refining escalation frameworks for improved efficiency

Analyze and report on transaction trends and efficiency metrics, presenting insights to leadership

Qualifications

5-8 years of sales, finance, or operations experience, with at least 3 years in a Deal Desk or similar commercial operations role

Proven track record of managing complex software deals through the full order lifecycle

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in high-volume situations

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative attitude in a remote-first environment

Proficiency with Salesforce and other contract lifecycle management tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience optimizing workflows or building reporting within Salesforce, CLM, or CPQ tools

Positive, collaborative attitude with a sense of humor
