Own conference and industry event preparedness from scheduling meetings to completing briefing documentation Lead end-to-end planning for team onsites and industry events, including venue coordination and logistics Coordinate onboarding schedules for new commercial team hires Manage and optimize calendars for commercial leaders and team cadences Oversee an outsourced processing team managing a high volume of transactions monthly What is Required (Qualifications)
4-6 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role Strong proficiency with standard business tools: calendar, email, docs, spreadsheets, and presentations Ability to operate with minimal direction and know when to act versus when to escalate Comfortable using AI tools in daily work Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
