Overview
Summary:
Provides administrative support to Marketing Management and Department, and the Sales Department by performing the essential duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission and Core Values of the Company
Assists in executing marketing strategies and objectives
Maintains Company Image and updates as necessary (ie: logos, literature, website, social media, vehicle graphics, etc.)
Utilizes/ Functions within Adobe Design programs to generate creative design solutions to positively promote company image
Assists in market research to identify opportunities for increased sales and/or brand awareness
Assists in managing company event schedule/calendar
Assists in coordination and execution of Company events (i.e. customer appreciation events, trade shows, related industry /networking, community involvement events, etc.) in conjunction with Marketing Manager, Sales, and Business Development Director
Serves as event representative as needed
Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including; direct mail, packages (i.e. customer welcome packets), letters, flyers/posters, production promotion sheets, customer gifts, brochures, etc.
Assists with preparation of allG Product Guide (i.e. QC press proof prior to printing)
Executes all product additions, updates, and/or corrections to allG website in conjunction with appropriate departments.
Serves as support for Sales Team as point of contact, documentation, database administration
Assists in planning, preparation, implementation, and distribution of Customer gift projects (i.e. Christmas) in conjunction with Marketing Manager/Dept. and Sales Team(s)
Assists in proposal writing and presentations, including online and video
Monitors and maintains membership records, sponsorships, donations, and gifts
Maintains marketing online network (ie: “marketing shares”)
Monitors and maintains marketing/promotional inventory in conjunction with Marketing Department
Serves as back up support for Bonded Marketing needs
Qualifications
Associate degree preferred with 1-2 years of related experience or training
Superior organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
Exceptional computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Design Suite, and Internet
Ability to work and think independently taking initiative to accomplish required tasks
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Pass a background check, drug screen, Valid Driver’s license and clear MVR
