In this role, you will support the planning and execution of high-quality client and investor events, managing the full lifecycle of event logistics from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of event planning experience, ideally within financial services or consulting.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end coordination of client events including venue sourcing, contracting, registration, communications, and onsite execution Oversee vendor relationships and event systems, including registration, event pages, metrics tracking, and post-event follow-up Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining a budget Partner cross-functionally to ensure regulatory xsgimln adherence, brand alignment, and event best practices
Qualifications: 2-5 years of event planning experience, ideally within financial services or consulting Bachelor's Degree Detail-oriented, collaborative, organized, and adaptable Open to being in office 3 days/week
