Job Summary:
Our client, an organization dedicated to a singular mission: stopping breaches. It serves customers across all major industries, including the world's largest financial institutions, healthcare providers, and government agencies. They are seeking a web producer to join the team for a key project.
The role is remote for candidates in the East Coast time zone, preferably, as you will also be required to support the team in Europe and the East Coast.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end authoring process within AEM by leveraging existing components, experience fragments, and content fragments to build and launch high-performing pages that adhere to our web design guidelines.
Project management: Act as the project manager for your web workstreams. Coordinate workflows, prioritize backlogs with our manager of web production and internal program manager, and partner with other members of our production team to manage capacity and ensure the most impactful work is delivered first.
Quality & accessibility champion: You understand and get excited by the details. You will ensure all content is high-quality, optimized for web performance, and compliant with digital accessibility (ADA/WCAG) standards.Operational proactivity: You don't just follow a submitted ticket or brief - you improve it. You will identify efficiencies in the authoring workflow, drive standards for business collaboration, and provide proactive status updates to ensure blockers are cleared before they impact deadlines. Requirements:
3-6 years of hands-on experience within the Adobe Experience Cloud suite (AEM) in a complex, enterprise-level organization. Global technical mastery: An understanding of complex site structures, multi-site management (MSM), blueprints, and live copies. You may not have actively worked on localized websites in the past, but you should have an understanding of managing global websites and translation workflows. Web fundamentals:
Solid grasp of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how they may be used within an authoring environment. You are not a developer, but you should "speak the language" of one to help troubleshoot issues that may arise. Composure under fire: An obsessive attention to detail and the ability to navigate competing priorities and tight deadlines with grace and precision. Agility: A genuine excitement for moving fast. You are comfortable working independently as an individual contributor while "owning the room" when presenting status or solutions.
Bonus Points Tooling: Hands-on experience using Jira for task tracking and agile workflows; familiarity with Figma. Asset management: Proven ability to manage digital assets within a DAM environment, ensuring files are properly named, tagged, and optimized for web performance before deployment.
