Packaging Associate

Packaging Associate Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:30am to 03:45pm) Label, package, and prepare epoxy and resin products according to specific instructions and quality standards. Use scales to verify correct product weights and measurements. Apply basic math skills for counting, weighing, and completing simple records. Occasionally assist with machine filling, including lifting materials up to 40 lbs. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe while following all safety procedures. Packaging Associate Qualifications: Basic math skills and the ability to accurately use a scale for measuring and counting tasks. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform occasional bending, reaching, and repetitive movements. Must be able to work the scheduled shift (Monday-Thursday, plus occasional Friday shifts). Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screen is required. Previous experience in packaging, labeling, or manufacturing is helpful but not required.
