Large Format Printer Operator is responsible for producing high-quality graphics, signage, and display materials using advanced large format printing equipment. This role operates and maintains flatbed and roll-to-roll UV inkjet printers to ensure prints meet precise specifications, color standards, and production timelines. The ideal candidate combines technical skill with attention to detail to deliver visually impactful products while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
Operate flatbed and roll-to-roll large format UV inkjet printers to produce high-quality graphics, signage, and materials. Accurately record production time, materials, and job details in the data system. Laminate, trim, cut, and package printed materials cording to production requirements. Inspect printed output for color accuracy, defects, and overall quality, making adjustments as needed. Perform preventive maintenance on large format printing equipment to maintain optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical or print-related issues to minimize production downtime. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support efficient workflow and production standards. Communicate production updates, issues, or material needs with supervisors and team members. What You Bring
Experience operating large format digital presses (flatbed and roll-to-roll preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed job tickets and production instructions. Keen attention to detail with a commitment to quality and color accuracy. Basic computer proficiency and ability to record production data accurately. Excellent time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities. Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills. Desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative print environment. Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent. 24 years of experience operating large format printers or related digital printing equipment preferred. Physical Requirements
Standing 100% of the shift | Lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly | Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials. The Details
