The Sales Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative and organizational tasks that support the hotel's sales and marketing efforts. This position helps maintain strong client relationships, assists with small group events, and ensures the property upholds brand standards. Strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and service are essential. Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Office Support: Maintain accurate sales files, contracts, and client documentation. Handle data entry with precision and ensure all materials are routed efficiently to the appropriate team members. Communication Coordination: Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and clients, helping ensure seamless communication and smooth day to day operations. Guest & Client Service: Greet and assist clients, support small group sales efforts, and help coordinate meeting details to create a welcoming and professional experience. Team Support: Stay informed on department goals and contribute to processes that help the sales team meet and exceed targets. Requirements
This is a part-time position High School Diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Prior hotel sales or administrative experience preferred. Strong computer skills required (MS Office Suite-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Benefits
