As the Executive Vice President of Influencer Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our influencer marketing efforts. We are looking for a dynamic leader with hands-on experience and extensive knowledge in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social strategy.
In this influential position, you will report to the head of Integrated Planning and Strategy and closely collaborate with senior leaders to ensure our influencer initiatives align with broader strategic goals, resulting in innovative and impactful campaigns for our key clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the influencer marketing operations to align with Ketchum's overall vision and objectives.

Work with leadership to identify new growth avenues and potential partnerships.

Support new business development by crafting influencer strategies and participating in pitches.

Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

Lead agency thought leadership by recognizing trends and translating them into actionable insights.

Mentor junior and mid-level team members, promoting their professional advancement.
Influencer Strategy & Execution

Serve as senior advisor on significant accounts to deliver groundbreaking and results-driven influencer strategies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to weave storytelling and innovative tactics into campaigns.

Design engaging influencer plans that utilize a combination of earned, owned, paid, and shared media approaches.

Continuously discover fresh and culturally relevant ways to connect with audiences through influencer partnerships.
Client Partnership & Innovation

Provide strategic guidance to clients and partners regarding campaign conceptualization and execution.

Lead key client conversations from initial brainstorming to feedback and evaluation of campaigns.

Develop proactive insights and recommendations in response to client needs and shifts in culture.

Act as a subject matter expert during planning discussions and interdisciplinary meetings.

Contribute to business growth by aiding in the development of proposals and pitch strategies.

The salary range for this position begins at $225,000 and may include bonuses based on performance. Compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and market data.
