Now Hiring: Plastic Molding / Tool & Die Maker - $35/Hour
We're looking for a high-level Tool & Die Machinist with strong mechanical instincts and proven experience in machine setups. You'll work as a precision metalworker, building and maintaining tooling used in stamping, forging, machining, and plastic molding operations. Expect to perform multiple setups per day, master complex equipment, and troubleshoot everything from mechanical systems to PLC-driven machines. Develop, edit, and optimize machining programs for high-precision mold components Build, machine, and assemble mold tooling according to engineering specs Perform mold repair, polishing, fitting, and adjustments in a production mold environment Collaborate with engineering to translate drawings and CAD models into ready-to-run tooling Work on plastic extrusion equipment, CNC machines, and custom-built machinery Read & interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Essential Skills
Experience in Tool & Die and/or plastic molding CNC/Mills machining experience (setups required) Experience in CAD software Strong measuring skills (calipers / inspection tools) Ability to work 10-hour shifts Valid ID required This Is the Role for You If

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
