RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, strategic networking, and industry events. Foster strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients, promoting loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service and tailored solutions. Partner with hotel departments to ensure the flawless planning and execution of group events, ensuring each touchpoint aligns with our brand standards. Experience:
2-5 years of experience in group sales within the hospitality industry. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred; additional certifications in sales or revenue management are a plus. Sales Leadership:
Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans, cultivate high-value client relationships, and drive consistent revenue growth through proactive engagement. Client-Centric Focus:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present with confidence, negotiate effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally. Organizational Skills:

Strong understanding of group pricing, forecasting, and revenue strategy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Envision, or similar sales platforms. Luxury Brand Standards:
