The

Director, HR Advisor Americas

provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for the HR Advisor function, ensuring consistent delivery of expert HR guidance, manager enablement, and scalable people leadership capability. This role is accountable for driving manager self‑sufficiency, HR process simplification, and adoption of AI‑enabled and digital HR solutions, while maintaining strong compliance and governance across HR practices. You will report directly to our Sr Director HR Advisory and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will translate enterprise HR strategy into scalable advisor practices and manager experiences. You will impact the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and support the growth and success of the organization. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic direction and leadership across the Americas Region. Partner with leaders to understand business needs and provide HR guidance and support. Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and AI enablement Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement. Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR Business partnering or a related role. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. WE VALUE

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in utilizing Generative AI in HR Processes to drive productivity Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
