Overview
Healthcare leaders are encouraged to consider a Project Director role with Liberty Healthcare Corp. This role will be responsible for directing Liberty Healthcare’s new consulting partnership with one of the nation’s largest health insurers and Medicaid / Medicare plans in Washington, DC. The downstream impact of this initiative will help ensure members receive high quality care. Specific project elements include evaluating and measuring gaps in performance, efficiency, and effectiveness in quality performance, population health and equity, member services and cultural competency, care coordination and delivery system improvement, administrative and reporting responsibilities, and adherence with District of Columbia Medicaid requirements. Role responsibilities will include: Responsibilities
Liaising with clients, leaders and stakeholders Coordinating a small team of physician consultants and subject matter experts Executing provider reviews and a comprehensive needs assessment Overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting Participating in onsite reviews of providers in Washington, DC Ensuring contract deliverables are met Project management What to expect as a full-time Liberty Healthcare employee
