Skills and Competencies
10+ years of progressive experience in operations, process improvement, or business analysis roles
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional process transformation initiatives
Demonstrated ability to identify use cases for AI automation and design agent-based workflows, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft CopilotStudio, Claude, ChatGPT or similar agentic tools.
Experience designing and implementing PowerApps solutions
Strategic thinking with ability to see the big picture while managing tactical execution
Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
Influence and collaboration to drive outcomes without direct authority
Adaptability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Technical acumen to bridge business and technology conversations
Results orientation with focus on delivering measurable business value
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Education
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities The Associate Director – Business Systems Analysis will join the Business Integration & Operations team in COR to support Process Optimizations initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end process improvement across multiple cross-functional teams, beginning with comprehensive process documentation, implementing interim solutions, and ultimately delivering automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Process Analysis & Documentation
Lead comprehensive assessment and documentation of current-state operations processes across multiple business units
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement through data-driven analysis
Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures
Establish baseline metrics to measure process performance and improvement outcomes
Solution Design & Implementation
Design and deploy MVP process improvements to deliver immediate operational value
Gather and document detailed business requirements for automated solutions in PowerApps
Partner with Business Analyst and development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
Implement PowerApps solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Lead UAT efforts to ensure accurate results
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Technology, and Business Units
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements and drive consensus
Manage competing priorities and navigate complex organizational dynamics
Change Management & Adoption
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools
Create audit-ready documentation on new process
Iterate on solutions based on user feedback
About the team Our Business Integration and Operations team is responsible for managing a variety of post-sales operations activities. The team fulfills MA products, works on M&A integration projects and coordinates complex and specialized billing activities. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in contributing to operational efficiency across the organization.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is 142,500.00-206,700.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
