As a Vitality Living Maintenance / Environmental Services Director , you will impact lives by: E nsuring our communities are structurally safe, sound, and secure for our residents. Whether it\'s plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or just beautification and painting projects, the ideal candidate can do it all! Responsibilities

Ensure maintenance of community exterior and interior by performing or supervising maintenance tasks or facilitating such performance by outside maintenance services personnel. Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding compliance of all maintenance, building codes, and drills; maintain all required documentation to meet such laws and regulations for assisted living and memory care communities. Monitor Maintenance Inspection/Request daily and promptly address concerns related to maintenance, carpentry, painting, general repairs, etc. Repair community equipment or facilitate repair by outside maintenance services personnel, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, HVAC units, water heaters, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, and appliances. Perform emergency maintenance services at community on an on-call basis. And more! Qualifications

High school diploma or college degree 2-3 years similar experience preferably in senior living HVAC certification Skill in mitigating water damage Exceptional team building and motivation skills, and strong financial judgement. Benefits
