Leads the development and implementation of Provider Compensation philosophy, guiding principles, citizenship metrics, and quality metrics. Collaborates with executive management and legal counsel on interpreting existing compensation plans. Serves as the industry expert, staying updated on changes in the provider compensation marketplace and proposing necessary adjustments. Designs standardized approaches for Provider Compensation methodology for both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Develops and supervises physician compensation models, including planning acquisitions and service line development. Conducts annual analytical reviews of each employed provider’s pay structure to ensure fair market value. Identifies opportunities to standardize and improve the accuracy of physician compensation metrics and calculations. Analyzes provider compensation calculations and the impact of potential performance target achievements. Identifies areas of potential risk and low performance, coordinating action plans with leadership. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Professional decision-making and proficiency in proposing recommendations on short- and long-term strategy development concerning matters of major importance to our leaders Knowledge of provider compensation industry trends in a medical group environment Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals Ability to influence change, clarify ambiguity, and mobilize team members at all levels in the organization for meaningful action Ability to work in a project-oriented, fast-paced environment to meet deadlines Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and managerial skills Excellent computer skills including Microsoft software platforms Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff Ability to mentor and train VPs, Directors, and Providers Education

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or business [Required] Master's [Preferred] Physical Requirements
