About The Opportunity The Director, Growth & Demand Generation plays a critical role in driving full-funnel marketing programs that contribute directly to qualified pipeline and revenue across our global B2B portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing demand generation activities across their core region portfolio, while also acting as the leader across regional growth and demand hubs to ensure performance, consistency, scalability, and effectiveness of global acquisition strategy. Sitting within a global marketing team and supporting both global and local marketing initiatives, this role is responsible for working with Brand Marketing leaders to develop the strategy, execution, and performance of demand generation programs that are executed across multiple regions and brands. This position ensures consistency of strategy while enabling localization and agility, working in close partnership with regional marketing teams, brand stakeholders, and sales leaders to drive measurable business outcomes. This role leads a team of specialists locally (directly & indirectly) across automation, paid media, SEO, CRO and digital channels, ensuring day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and technical implementation align with strategic growth objectives. This role also leads the regional Growth and Demand Managers across ANZ, ASIA, EU and MEA, ensuring that these teams are performing to revenue targets and producing results. With a focus on digital performance, automation, and commercial impact, the role brings together digital strategy, channel expertise, and growth programs under a unified demand engine.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Demand Strategy

Lead the development of scalable demand generation frameworks and campaign strategies across a portfolio of B2B brands, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

Provide strategic direction to regional brand teams on program execution and channel activation.

Provide strategic direction to regional Growth & Demand Generation Managers on program execution and channel activation.

Multi-Brand, Multi-Market Digital Strategy

Design and manage end-to-end digital demand generation campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, email, and website, enabling local teams to execute with tailored messaging and market relevance.

Support brand differentiation and go-to-market nuances while maintaining consistency in campaign architecture and performance metrics.

Paid Performance & Digital Media Management

Oversee paid digital programs in conjunction with the paid media teams (e.g., Search, Programmatic, LinkedIn, Google Ads, retargeting) with a focus on MQL/SQL generation, pipeline acceleration, and campaign ROI.

Guide ongoing performance optimization through test-and-learn approaches and best practice sharing across brands and regions.

Website Strategy & Conversion Optimization

Partner with digital experience teams to enhance conversion journeys across multiple branded sites, ensuring they function as high-performing demand channels.

Lead CRO initiatives using A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and personalization strategies to increase conversion rates globally.

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture

In conjunction with the Lifecycle Marketing teams in region, architect scalable nurture and automation programs that support lead qualification and lifecycle acceleration.

Ensure automation and email journeys are aligned with brand messaging, sales priorities, and buyer stages.

Stakeholder Alignment & Global Collaboration

Partner with brand marketing, sales and global team members to define lead stages, scoring models, and campaign hand-off processes.

Align campaign activities with revenue objectives, helping enable regional pipeline initiatives.

Data, Measurement & Attribution

Own digital pipeline reporting and dashboards, with a focus on metrics such as core marketing activities, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Lead global digital marketing attribution in your region and data governance to improve visibility across global and regional campaigns.

SEO & Organic Demand Strategy

Develop and oversee the SEO strategy in collaboration with the Global SEO lead, ensuring visibility across priority markets and alignment with paid campaigns.

Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align organic acquisition programs with paid efforts and campaign objectives, ensuring strategic keyword coverage and content performance.

Guide the channel strategy and measurement of organic social media as a complement to paid and owned channels, focused on audience engagement, ICP targeting, and brand credibility.

Enablement & Best Practice Sharing

Act as a center of excellence for growth and demand generation, facilitating knowledge sharing, campaign toolkits, and performance benchmarks across markets and brands.

People Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Growth & Demand Generation managers and specialists across regions, including direct and indirect reports.

Set clear goals, expectations, and success measures aligned to regional priorities, global revenue targets, and pipeline contribution.

Embed a strong performance culture with accountability for channel effectiveness, delivery quality, and continuous optimisation.

Establish scalable operating rhythms across regions, including executing existing planning cycles, performance reviews, prioritisation, and capability development.

Experience & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in demand generation OR digital marketing in B2B service or hybrid tech-service organizations.

5+ years in a marketing leader role, preferably working in a shared services and multi-brand company.

Proficiency across paid digital channels, lead nurturing, automation platforms, and performance analytics tools.

Proven ability to work across time zones, cultures, and stakeholders to achieve global consistency with regional effectiveness.

Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, sales alignment, lead scoring, and lifecycle optimization.

Strong commercial mindset, with experience owning and reporting on marketing-attributed pipeline and ROI.

Excellent communicator and collaborator across functions and seniority levels.

Ensure operational excellence in campaign execution across digital channels, automation tools, and analytics platforms.

Establish clear team goals, KPIs, and performance standards, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.

Lead, coach, and develop (both direct and indirect reporting lines) a team of in-region digital marketing specialists across automation, paid media, and digital execution, ensuring alignment to strategy and consistent delivery of high-quality work.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $140,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
