The Gardens at Belden Village are looking for a Director of Rehabilitation (COTA or PTA) Ideal DOR's would have experience as a director in SNF/LTC and having used the billing System Net Health. PTA's and COTA's with experience will be considered for this role. Responsibilities
The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee the Therapy Department consisting of managing staff members, creating strong clinical outcomes, care coordination, budgeting, and attending administrative meetings with the Regional Directors admins and other staff. The DOR will also carry their own caseload. Qualifications
Experience as a Director in SNF/LTC (Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care). Experience using the Net Health billing system. PTA or COTA with relevant experience will be considered for this role. How to Apply
