The primary purpose of this position is to develop and solicit business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel. Coordinate ongoing research of the travel industry to detect market trends and related information for development of new marketing strategies. Make reasonable recommendations to improve potential from various markets. Also, establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality Advancement and Culture
