Director of Field Operations
to lead and scale operations across our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service departments for our North Bay branch. We are preparing for
significant revenue growth over the next 18–24 months
and are looking for someone who has successfully helped grow a residential service company and can demonstrate the results they delivered. This role will oversee field operations, department managers, and technician performance while helping implement systems that support growth, efficiency, and strong customer service. This position is based
full time in our Novato office . Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical departments Support and develop department managers and field teams Improve technician productivity, scheduling efficiency, and service performance Help implement systems and processes that support company growth Track and manage key operational metrics including revenue, conversion rates, technician performance, and average ticket Work closely with ownership to improve operational performance and scalability Maintain strong service quality and customer experience standards Qualifications
Experience leading operations in a residential home services company (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar trades) Proven ability to improve operational performance and support revenue growth Experience managing field teams and department leaders Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working closely with ownership and leadership Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent leadership experience in residential home services will also be considered. Success in this role means building an efficient, accountable field organization capable of supporting the company’s aggressive growth plans while maintaining high service standards. How to Apply
