About the Role
Work as the in‑house Photographer, leading all in‑studio digital shoots. The Photographer is responsible for producing high‑quality digital images. They will execute the highest of standards by setting up lighting, composition, color accuracy and exposure to best represent our assortment within the Style Guide.
Responsibilities
Work as studio photographer and creative liaison with internal creative and business partners
Follow photo direction set by Art Directors and work to establish a brand style guide
Work with Art Directors and Stylists to ensure consistent photographic brand identity, styling, composition, and lighting across all digital channels
Maintain and establish new processes to ensure workflow efficiencies, creative flexibility and maintain high volume production of all photography
Work with studio manager and producers to meet expected shot counts and deliverables per day and week
Responsible for daily file renaming, uploading of images for all running sets and delivering to retouchers
Partner with video teams to assure consistency with lifestyle photography, motion and model captures
Partner with Digital Production teams to ensure images are true to product
Work and communicate efficiently and effectively with business and creative teams to meet all milestones and deadlines
Requirements
Formal photography schooling preferred; degree or coursework in Photography, Fine Arts, or Communication Arts is a plus.
Studio shooting experience for commercial clients in both artificial and natural lighting is a plus. Proficiency with all studio tools, lighting, technical software and systems.
Familiarity with all aspects of digital image quality and output: file size, light and color balancing, photoshop.
Formal training in the use of digital camera systems is a plus.
A positive, flexible, and collaborative sensibility. Great problem-solving skills. Works with a sense of urgency and has strong standards for quality and consistency in their work.
Strong technical understanding of strobe, continuous, and natural lighting
Working knowledge of digital image quality and output: File size, light and color balancing, Capture One and Photoshop
Ability to work with Canon DSLR and Phase One camera backs
Ability to type on a keyboard and operate a Mac and PC
Ability to converse over a telephone, Teams, SLACK and Zoom
Ability to transport materials or equipment or lifting, moving, carrying objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis
Familiar with working in a warehouse environment, but also ability to work in office and perform in corporate environment
This role requires being onsite at the Photo Studio 5 days per week

The expected starting pay range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
