Principal Product Manager – Global Web & eCommerce

Position Overview
BRG Group is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategic development, design, and implementation of all web-based and eCommerce experiences across our family of global consumer brands, including Breville, Sage, and ChefSteps. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role accountable for defining and delivering best-in‑class digital experiences that drive business performance, strengthen brand equity, and enhance customer satisfaction globally.
You will oversee a portfolio of digital properties and services, aligning teams across product, design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable solutions that meet the diverse needs of customers and stakeholders in over 25 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Experience & Product Leadership
- Own the end‑to‑end vision, roadmap of BRG’s brand and transactional websites.
- Define and champion a unified customer experience strategy across multiple brands and regions.
- Lead global digital product initiatives including eCommerce, content integration, and personalization frameworks.
- eCommerce
- Continuously optimize the eCommerce funnel for both direct‑to‑consumer and partner‑integrated solutions.
- Expand capabilities across cart, checkout, customer loyalty, and subscription management to increase LTV and customer retention.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to integrate ChefSteps and lifestyle content into immersive shopping experiences.
- Strategy & Execution
- Translate long‑term business objectives into detailed product roadmaps and quarterly OKRs.
- Prioritize competing demands across regions, brands, and internal teams to deliver scalable, localized experiences.
- Leverage customer data, user feedback, and market insights to iterate and evolve product strategies.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Partner with global marketing, brand, UX and commercial teams to ensure web and eCommerce platforms support business goals.
- Facilitate alignment with technical, analytics, and logistics functions to deliver seamless end‑to‑end solutions.
- Champion agile ways of working, with responsibility for backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross‑team coordination.
- Performance & Analytics
- Define and track KPIs for customer engagement, sales conversion, and retention across all digital channels.
- Employ A/B testing, heatmaps, and funnel analysis to refine UX and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present executive dashboards and quarterly performance reviews.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience & Skills:
8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in global eCommerce and digital platforms.
Proven track record managing multiple consumer‑facing websites across different geographies and brands.
Strong experience in subscription business models and customer lifecycle strategy.
Deep understanding of product design principles, agile methodologies, and experimentation frameworks.
Strong technical fluency; ability to translate product requirements to cross‑functional dev teams.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. - Nice to Have:
Experience with platforms like Adobe, Commerce Tools, Salesforce, Shopify Plus, Contentful or similar.
Knowledge of global payment systems, fulfillment, and digital compliance standards including Adyen, Stripe and Braintree.
Background in connected devices or DTC consumer goods preferred. - Why BRG?
